Bosnia; I was extremely fortunate to go to Bosnia on an Armed Forces show tour in
May '98. It was a lifetime lived in 8 days. We played four shows on three bases,
for some really eager soldiers. They were an excellent audience and made us very
welcome. The heartbreak that is Bosnia-Hercegovina continues, with no reasonable
solution in site. Our peace keepers are doing a stellar job in the face of true life-threatening
danger. Hats of to the folks in the Army over there, and anywhere the Canadian Peace
keepers are at work. A message to our Quebec brothers & sisters, and all Canadians really; you
don't know how good you have it here. Don't mess with it.To read an article by Dan Black that has been published in Legion Magazine about this tour, go here.
